Please read our return/refund policy carefully before placing your order. Who can order from us? You must be at least 21 years old to order from us. You must also provide a valid ID and signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. We does not ship to HAWAII or P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at info@talariabikes.us or call us at +1 (727)425 5612 We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your return/refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days and credit it to your original method of payment.

1.     Damaged Product. If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you have purchased from Talaria Bikes. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, we offer you a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs, depending on the availability of the product and your preference.

2.     Incorrect Orders. If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a Talaria Bikes provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original Payment method.

3.     Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to Talaria Bikes, We do not charge restocking fee from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to Talaria Bikes damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
